The Atlético de Madrid Academy along with Thames British Schools Group have reached a collaboration agreement so that the students of the prestigious Thames British Schools institution can participate in sports and training programs developed by the Atlético de Madrid Academy.
Atlético de Madrid works every day to make the Academy one of the best Comprehensive Training Centres for football players around the world. The Club has opted for a sports model that allows young players to be educated according to the values of the club and offer them the best tools to train as people and as professionals.
The two institutions therefore share the same commitment and vision about the importance of combining Education and Sport in the training of youth and that is why the prestigious Thames British Schools Group wants to offer all its students the possibility of exclusive experiences such as those promoted at the Academy, surrounded by the best professionals in the sector.
Emilio Gutiérrez, director of the Academy, and John Carrivick, director and member of the Thames British School UK Council, sealed this agreement at the Wanda Metropolitano.
John Carrivick expressed his satisfaction with this collaboration: “The Thames British Schools Group, with schools in Spain, the United Kingdom and Poland, shares with Atlético de Madrid its passion for quality and its ambition to grow internationally.
