Thames Summer Camp
Thames British School Madrid is organising a Summer Camp for Year 1 – Year 7 children (5 to 12 years old). Our teachers are native speakers who offer outstanding English language support tailored to meet students´ individual needs. Our Summer Camp is designed to help students improve their knowledge of English whilst enjoying a variety of fun and educational classes. This comprehensive program will be run by professional staff offering a range of activities in dynamic, interactive classes.

Our teachers are native speakers of English predominantly from the UK. They all have extensive experience in teaching English.
Where and when?
The summer camp will be held at our first-rate Thames British School Majadahonda Campus.
Course dates: July 3 – July 14, 2023.
Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00.
Groups in accordance with age and level
We will identify individual needs to tailor our classes and maximise learning. All groups will be organised according to their level of English and age.

Thames British School is located on the outskirts of the town of Majadahonda with views of the beautiful Madrid Sierra mountains. Our school has a privileged location and lush, green areas within walking distance.

Course details
Course structure
Lessons will be held from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Our daily timetable will consist of lessons in English according to language skills including speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Other lessons will focus on arts and crafts, sports activities and development of motor skills.
Oxford/Cambridge English programme
Our courses are based on the Oxford and Cambridge English Language Learning Curriculum and are designed to empower learners to communicate confidently and effectively.
Group size
We will ensure that groups remain relatively small as this helps us to identify individual needs, tailor instruction and maximise learning.
Age of students
We welcome children aged 5 to 12. Groups will be divided accordingly.
